Tea in the United States covers everything from a traditional Chinese or Japanese tea house to a Southern sweet-tea counter, and the fastest-growing segment is bubble tea: Taiwanese-style milk teas and fruit teas with tapioca pearls, sold by chains and independents alike with adjustable sugar and ice levels. Tea rooms serving afternoon tea with scones and sandwiches usually require a reservation, while boba shops, juice bars and smoothie shops are walk-in and quick. Kava and kombucha bars are a newer category, and loose-leaf tea stores sell blends, teaware and gifts, often with a tasting counter. Prices for a drink run similar to coffee-shop prices, with premium teas and cold-pressed juices at the high end.

Hours are published for 4 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 am–3 pm. It is closed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. El Paso is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and El Paso follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Enjoyed a delightful tea for Mother's Day. Was very pleased to have a variety of teas to select from for hot tea. They offered the Bigelow brand of tea with a selection of classics and seasonal selections. The small appetizers to start the tea experience were beautifully presented and scrumptious. The soup course was a tasty generous portion. The main course was a sandwich and pasta salad of our choice, again, a generous portion of both. The dessert was homemade bread pudding accompanied with our own personal gravy boat of sweet sauce to use as we desired. The final guilty pleasure was two homemade after dinner mints in the shapes of a rose, mint flavor, and leaf, buttercream flavor. Cannot wait until they are fully open for business!!!

Delightful little place with super friendly staff. Great tasting food and they have a gluten free menu that is plentiful. Worth stopping off and avoiding the fast food.

A group of friends gathered here for a birthday party. Everyone bragged on their lunch. We finished with chocolate mouse. It was light and delicious. Just the right finish. All the food is homemade. You can check the menu online. Definitely going again. I recommend a reservation.
